Resolve

Aside from the 365 project, I haven’t made any real resolutions for 2013. Frankly, 2012 was a pretty great (and healthy) year. We went vegetarian for about half the year and really only eat meat a few times a month now. I did yoga at least once a week all year– and most weeks, twice. I quit drinking coffee on weekdays just over a year ago, a huge deal since I’d basically been a total coffee addict for 10 years, and I’ve truly never slept better.

Change is good.

I do have some creative goals for the year, beginning with publishing more knitting patterns! Here’s a sneak peak at one I developed over the holiday break, which should be released by the end of January:
